Trust & Privacy

How we handle your closet

This page is maintained by the ClosetFlow team to answer common security and privacy questions about ClosetFlow. It describes the controls and practices currently in place; it is not an independent audit or certification.

Security is a shared responsibility: our hosting platform protects the underlying infrastructure, ClosetFlow protects your application data, and you help by using a strong password and signing out on shared devices.

Access & authentication

Every account is protected by email/password sign-in. Sessions are managed by our authentication provider; we never see or store your password in plain text. You can sign out at any time from your profile.

Data isolation

Your closet, outfits, and profile data are scoped to your account using row-level security on the database. Other ClosetFlow users cannot read or modify your wardrobe.

Data we collect

We store the items you add (photos, names, categories, colors, tags), the outfits you build, and a small profile (display name, optional avatar, home-screen layout). We do not sell your data.

Hosting & platform

ClosetFlow is built and hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides our application runtime, database, authentication, and file storage. Lovable platform features are described factually here and are not an independent certification of ClosetFlow.

Retention & deletion

You can delete individual items, outfits, or your account-linked content at any time from inside the app. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us using the address below.
